The intention is to create an area that has a direct relationship with the sea, it’s just the water that defines the contours and enviroments. Vertical surfaces are kept to a minimum, the predominant material is glass that will not give then a closing around. The horizontal planes will have a great importance, there is no difference between inside and outside, the interior floor continues out in large paths or walkways over the water.
The land and water interchange continuously, there will be courses on water, suspended canopies. The observer can easily switch the ground water to consider the whole as a unit.
